Mechanical Design Engineer

Design and size primary wastewater treatment equipment — DAF, clarifiers, lamella settlers and custom skids — for industrial clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare equipment layouts, P&IDs and fabrication drawings
  • Size systems based on client effluent data and operating conditions
  • Coordinate with fabrication and commissioning teams

Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • 3+ years in process equipment or water treatment design
  • Proficiency in CAD and familiarity with ASME/API standards

Fabrication & Welding Supervisor

Lead in-house fabrication of stainless and mild steel tanks, vessels and treatment skids with certified welding and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise plate cutting, rolling, welding and assembly
  • Enforce welding procedures and inspection checkpoints
  • Plan shop-floor schedules to meet project delivery timelines

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
  • 5+ years in heavy fabrication or pressure vessel shops
  • Qualified welder supervisor with SS/MS experience

Sales Engineer — Water Treatment

Support customers and EPC partners with technical proposals for primary treatment equipment across food, chemical, pharma and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and gather effluent and site requirement data
  • Work with engineering on proposals and equipment selection
  • Build relationships with consultants, EPCs and end users

Requirements

  • Engineering degree with exposure to water or process industries
  • 2+ years in technical sales or application engineering
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Commissioning & Service Engineer

Commission K-Pack equipment at customer sites, train operators and provide after-sales technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise installation, hydrotesting and start-up of treatment systems
  • Document performance against design guarantees
  • Support troubleshooting and periodic service visits

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering
  • 3+ years in plant commissioning or field service
  • Comfortable with extended site assignments abroad
