Flocculation Systems

Flash mixers, flocculators and zero-power pipe flocculators.

All products

Overview

K-Pack flocculation systems condition wastewater before clarification, flotation and filtration. The range covers rapid coagulant dispersion (flash mixers), multi-stage gentle flocculation (flocculators) and compact zero-power pipe flocculators — configured as standalone units or as part of a complete treatment train.

How It Works

Process flow and treatment mechanism in simple steps:

  1. 1

Coagulant and polymer are introduced and rapidly mixed to neutralise charges and form pin flocs.

  2. 2

Conditioned water passes through flocculator chambers or pipe flocculator loops for controlled retention.

  3. 3

Particles collide and agglomerate into dense, settleable or floatable flocs.

  4. 4

Treated water feeds lamella clarifiers, DAF, CFS, HRSCC or filtration stages.

Applications

Industries and situations where this product is ideal:

  • DAF and clarifier chemical conditioning
  • Lamella and HRSCC pre-treatment
  • Metals hydroxide precipitation
  • Compact package plants and retrofit trains
